“This is another great result for the Honda City and Odyssey,” said Honda Australia Director, Mr. Stephen Collins. “These two models are going from strength to strength and have boosted our sales greatly.”
The Honda City is again number one in overall sales in the light sedan segment for the month of June with 318 units sold, representing 31 percent market share. The City has sold 1,355 units in 2015, representing an overall market share of 31.6 percent (YTD) and placing it at number one in the segment for 2015.
The Honda Odyssey also remains number one in the people-mover segment with 380 sales in June, bringing its total to 1,482 in 2015. Its market share is 27.7 percent (YTD) and it also sits at number one in its segment for 2015.
Other Honda models are also experiencing sales success, with the Jazz selling 1,439 units in June and the all-new HR-V selling 1,300 units, placing them both at number two in the private market of their respective segments.
